All of our cheeses are made of sheep milk, and are prepared on site using traditional techniques.
• Fresh Cheeses
Le Louché : Spreadable plain cheese, from which the curd was removed using a ladle and sold in the strainer in which it was drained.
Le Volage : Spreadable cheese (maple, chives…)
Les Pommettes du berger : Seasoned and manually fashioned cheese balls preserved in oil.
Aromatics: pepper, chives, Provençal herbs, stinging nettles…
From-Pom & From-Poire : Drained yogurt on apples or pears home made sauce.
• Refined cheeses
Brebichon : Soft apple flavoured cheese with an apple washed rind.
Le Pommé : Firm apple flavoured cheese.
Le Bohème : Firm cheese, no apple.

During apple season, we also offer apple soup, apple and Brebichon pizza, our famous apple cake and its maple topping, maple and apple muffins, etc.
