You dream of the luscious food of Greece? Dream no more, taste the Feta cheese we bring to your table. Our authentically recipe was approved by an “official” Greek family cheese maker, as per traditional production. The perfect amount of salt let’s all the savor of the milk break through. Neither to soft nor to firm, has its texture pleases all fine gourmet palate.

The feta cheese ages in a bucket full of salty solution for at least a month.

It is sold cut in cubes kept in aromatised with oregano olive oil. It is, of course, the perfect ingredient with tomatoes, cucumber and vinaigrette for a classic Greek salad.

For a new foodie experience, add some feta crumble in a lamb cutlet from our farm to maximise the taste of burgers!
